Up to £45,000pa Full-Time Permanent

We're delighted to be partnering with a well established, growing organisation in Doncaster who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a medium sized business with big growth plans over the coming years, taking full ownership of the HR function in a standalone role.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am-4:30pm
1-hour lunch each day.

The Role:

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for both day-to-day operations and longer-term HR strategy. This is a varied and hands on position where you'll be the go to HR contact across the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Overseeing return to work processes
  • Advising line managers on HR policies and best practice
  • Handling HR administration and employee documentation
  • Ensuring all policies, procedures, and HR practices are up to date and legally compliant
  • Supporting management with people focused initiatives to help drive business growth
About You:

This role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, is confident managing the full HR remit, and thrives in a standalone position. You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • A proactive, approachable, and solutions focused mindset
  • The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
