Job Description
CFC in business administration completed with confirmed experience in HR or Bachelor. You have experience in HR as an assistant in personnel management or equivalent, Federal Certificate of HR Specialist is a plus. Knowledge of social insurance and Swiss labor law. Proficiency in Excel and an HRIS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central). Excellent writing and oral communication skills in French, with a B2 level in assertiveness, active listening, and teamwork spirit. Analytical mindset, agility, and ability to manage priorities. Rigor, reliability, and respect for confidentiality. HR administration with tasks straddling administration & development initially + potential to evolve into an HR Business Partner role in 1 or 2 years. Swiss legal knowledge at B2 level. Being a quality HR reference, particularly for ISO standards, as well as for managing various HR tasks, including payroll processing in collaboration, drafting contracts, tracking absences, and medical visits.
