A Human Resources Manager In the heart of the West Lausanne region, the City of Chavannes-près-Renens has nearly inhabitants and is experiencing sustained development and growth. In order to strengthen its Human Resources Service and ensure HR support for all municipal services, the Municipality is looking for: An HR Manager at 80% Your main missions and tasks: In close collaboration with the Head of HR Service and HR Specialists, you will ensure the management of human resources and ensure the quality and reliability of HR file processing. In this capacity, you will notably assume the following activities: HR Management Welcome and inform employees and partners of the HR service; Ensure the management of mail, correspondence, and the maintenance of personnel files in compliance with data protection regulations; Guarantee the filing, archiving, and updating of HR documents; Establish and control the time reports of auxiliary staff; Ensure the monitoring of personnel files in connection with the relevant services; Update HR data and contribute to its establishment; Manage the tracking of social, health-accident, and APG insurance; Process the end of employment reports; Monitor long-term absences; Participate in the preparation of HR documents and recruitment follow-up (announcements, phone interviews); Participate in interviews, especially for interns; Manage personnel data and the tracking of working time in HR tools (Abacus); Update HR in the quality system (Optimiso).
