Up to £60,000 + benefits
Based in the city 3x days a week

Oakleaf Partnership are exclusively partnered with a PR and marketing business based in the City to recruit for a HR Manager on a 12-month FTC.
This is a broad and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be a trusted advisor on all people matters, playing a key role in shaping a positive and high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations across the business
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and engagement
- Manage payroll and benefits processes in coordination with external providers
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice
- Support the leadership team on strategic people initiatives.

- A confident and adaptable HR professional with a strong generalist background
- Comfortable operating autonomously
- Experience managing policy and practice
- Experience managing payroll and benefits
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
