HR MANAGER 100% The Municipality of Montreux is offering a position of: You contribute to the smooth daily operation of the HR service by ensuring rigorous follow-up and reliable support to the team, in a context of gradual development, marked by the evolution of processes and the implementation of a new tool. Through your commitment and your enthusiasm, you help strengthen the quality of the main tasks: Ensure comprehensive support for human resource management processes in support of HR managers and the responsible for professional and continuous development, including managing personnel movements (hiring, departures), drafting HR correspondence, establishing required documents and forms, updating and controlling personnel data as well as HR data; Ensure follow-up on work incapacity (sickness and accidents): notifications to insurance companies, management of medicals and with concerned partners; Participate in the recruitment process with HR managers; Welcome and inform the public, both at the counter and by phone; Actively contribute to the training of commerce apprentice employees; Collaborate in drafting municipal proposals and their submission to the general direction, within deadlines and federal standards. Required: CFC (Federal Certificate of Capacity) as a commercial employee or deemed equivalent in HR management. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of human resources. Excellent writing skills and perfect command of spelling. Strong sense of organization and rigor, while having a solution-oriented approach. Autonomy, sense of responsibility and discretion, interpersonal skills and a sense of public service. Stress resistance and ability to manage a high workload.
