Job Title: HR Manager - Employee Relations & Reward

Salary: Up to £67,200 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing- Demonstrates knowledge and provides support to area of the business Defence Solutions based on expertise in Employee Relations, Reward and Case Coaching
- Providing operational advice on a range of people issues with senior leaders, managers and employee representatives
- Supporting the development of integrated Reward and ER strategies and implementation plans
- Managing functional and business projects; including local policy review and case coaching mobilisation
- Working at pace and with professionalism, ensuring high levels of accuracy
- Analysing data to identify trends and implications, and leads on local action to address these
- Experience in operating in a manufacturing, unionised, project-based organisation
- Influencing and coaching others in line with business priorities
- Working closely with Senior Leads /Partners and Heads of and delegates responsibilities to Advisors and/or Associates
- Demonstrates reliable knowledge specific to the Discipline - Generalist HR, ER, Reward, Case Coaching, Business Integration
- Ability to assess information from a variety of sources, demonstrating evidence based decision making
- Is able to partner with and influence others to deliver value, coupled with strong stakeholder management capability, including employee representatives
- Previous experience of working within a unionised environment
