HR Manager - Change, People & Systems (Higher Ed)

Loughborough Students' Union is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide professional HR support across all LSU departments throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to off-boarding.

You will work closely with Department Heads to drive change, develop HR processes, and ensure compliant advisory services. The role requires strong HR knowledge, stakeholder management, and experience with HR systems and payroll. This is a full-time, open-ended post based in Loughborough.
