HR Manager - Change Leader Driving Engagement

GXO is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda at the West Hallam site. Reporting to the HR Business Partner and partnering with the Site General Manager, you will shape employee relations, performance, and engagement to support operational success.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30. The ideal candidate holds CIPD Level 5 and has proven experience in fast-paced environments, delivering practical HR solutions and building leadership capability.
