Interim Senior Manager HR M&A - Consultancy
Oakleaf Partnership is working with a leading global Management Consultancy which offers a strong culture and diversity with lots of opportunity to grow. We are looking for an interim Senior Manager to join their growing HR M&A Consulting team. Playing a key part in the delivery, you'll coordinate HR separation and integration workstreams, working alongside Directors and Partners to deliver high-profile projects across all sectors
The Opportunity
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful execution of projects spanning TSA set-ups, carve-outs, org design, change and communications, restructuring, and cost optimisation. With exposure to both private equity and corporate transactions, you'll gain hands-on experience in some of the most exciting deals in the market.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate multi-stream HR separation and integration projects.
Manage client deliverables day-to-day, balancing strategy and execution.
Act as a bridge between client stakeholders, Directors, and delivery teams.
Drive high-quality outputs, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Support development of junior consultants.
Previous HR consulting or HR M&A experience.
Demonstrated success managing multiple HR workstreams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.
Must have experience in unionised environments or workers' councils
Collaborative, high-energy, and commercial mindset.
