HR Lead, UKI Supply Chain & Manufacturing

Coty is seeking a Head of HR UKI Supply Chain to guide people strategies for the Ashford Factory and Bournemouth Distribution Centre, directing a team of HR partners. The role focuses on talent, engagement, performance, and inclusion, with limited travel to Bournemouth and Wimbledon.

You will report to the Global VP HR Manufacturing, Logistics & Quality/Process Assurance and drive HR processes, workforce planning, and data-driven improvements across the UKI supply chain sites.
