HR Lead: Compliance, Recruitment & Growth (Jersey)

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated HR Officer/Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Jersey. You will oversee HR responsibilities, recruitment, employee relations, regulatory compliance, health and safety, and training and development to support independence and choice for disabled individuals.

You will liaise with Jersey Care Commission to uphold standards, maintain accurate records, and drive HR initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.
