We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Officer to join our care provider agency. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our agency complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compliance requirements in the healthcare industry and be able to effectively implement and oversee compliance programs.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance policies and procedures are followed and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address compliance risks and issues.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Investigate complaints and violations of compliance policies and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the agency's compliance requirements and make recommendations for updates and revisions to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and performance.
Qualifications
  • Experience in compliance management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, such as CQC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with the ability to identify compliance risks and develop solutions.
