Job Description
HR Intern responsibilities include:
Responsibilities- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data such as working hours, leaves, and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Maintain our training matrix, ensuring staff training is up to date
- Monitor policy and procedure expirations
- Order office equipment and stationery
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g., training budgets by department)
- Address employee queries about benefits (e.g., remaining vacation days)
- Review and distribute company policies in digital or hard copy formats
- Participate in organizing company events and career days
- Experience as an admin officer or similar junior HR role is a plus
- Experience with MS Office, Excel
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Basic knowledge of safeguarding children and young people legislation
- Organizational skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field (not essential)
- Proactive, self starter
- Able to use own initiated
