HR Insight & Colleague Lifecycle Lead

BT Group in Bristol is recruiting for an In Life SME in the People & Culture division. You will deliver high-quality HR support across the colleague lifecycle, using data to drive insight-led improvements and ensure an excellent colleague experience.

As a coach to HR Support teams and a partner to the Team Leader, you will help resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement across HR workstreams.
