HR Graduate - Recruitment & Compliance

Whitgift School is seeking a motivated graduate to join the HR Recruitment & Compliance team. You will support recruitment compliance, pre-employment vetting, data management, and HR reporting to ensure safeguarding and regulatory obligations are met.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities, working with staff and external stakeholders in a confidential, detail oriented role.
