Job Description
Resourcekraft (also trading as Full Stack Energy) is an Irish based company providing engineering solutions within the energy sector to clients throughout the world. Based in Roxoboro, Limerick, we have a number of experienced hardware and software developers working across the full stack, creating end-to-end systems for our clients and partners.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as lead point of contact for day-to-day HR Support (15+) people including but not limited to employee relations, communication, support and compliance.
- Use HR experience to support organisational development/change management initiatives and employee engagement.
- Create, implement, and evaluate/update HR policies, procedures and systems.
- Manage recruitment process, (advertising, selection, job offers, reference checking and onboarding).
- Co-ordinate performance reviews and training and development plans.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to managers on a range of people and performance topics.
- Support the design and development of key HR initiatives.
- Lead grievance and disciplinary investigations, meetings, hearings and appeals.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations and recommended best practices.
- Ensure employee records are fully compliant, up to date and monitored in line with GDPR and Employment Law legislation.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes in HR and employment law.
- 5+ years experience in HR Generalist role.
- Results driven
- Proven interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build relationships and interact at all levels of the company.
- Experience in organisational development, change management, employee engagement and learning and development.
- Self-starter, highly motivated.
