HR Generalist-Meath

Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced HR professional based in County Meath with a full driving licence. I am partnering with a growing organisation seeking a hands on HR Generalist to support both employee relations and recruitment across multiple locations.

What you'll do:

• Manage employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance)
• Support managers with HR best practice and employment law guidance
• Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring & onboarding
• Build talent pipelines and deliver a strong candidate experience
• Contribute to HR projects including engagement, performance management & policy development

What we're looking for:

• 3-5+ years' HR experience in a generalist or similar role
• Strong background in employee relations and recruitment
• Solid working knowledge of Irish employment law
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full driving licence - essential
• CIPD qualified or working towards (preferred)
