HR Generalist & People Strategy Partner

Mercury Hampton invites an experienced HR Advisor to Newtown for a broad generalist role. You will partner with manufacturing leaders, guiding recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary and performance management to drive a high-performing workforce.

You will support the Head of HR, ensuring policy compliance and a strong employee lifecycle service. CIPD qualification and solid knowledge of UK employment law, along with strong communication, are essential; Workday experience is advantageous.
