HR Generalist & People Partner (12-Month FTC)

Madison Hive is seeking an HR Advisor/Generalist to join on a 12-month FTC in Central London. You'll be the go-to HR support across the business, advising managers on the employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding.

Day-to-day you'll manage employee relations casework, coach managers through difficult conversations, keep policies current, and hands-on with recruitment, onboarding and L&D as priorities shift.
