HR Generalist & Culture Programs Coordinator

BDO UK LLP is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Tax culture agenda and broader people initiatives. You'll work with senior managers, directors and partners, helping to deliver BAU activity and cross-project support.

You'll bring degree-level education and CIPD qualification, with strong knowledge of employment law and proven ability to influence at Partner level. A continuous improvement mindset will be valued as you streamline people processes.
