HR Generalist (focus on L&D and Campus Recruitment) Global Investment Firm London (4 days in office) £80,000 - £100,000 Permanent

We're working with a top-tier global investment firm seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support their growing, high-performing team. With a strong international presence and a focus on emerging markets, the firm offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment and exposure to a wide range of people operations functions.

This is a broad, hands on role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, values precision, and enjoys partnering closely with stakeholders across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end L&D and Campus Recruitment processes, working closely with stakeholders
  • Handle benefits queries and support enrolment processes
  • Oversee visa and immigration coordination with external providers
  • Support performance review cycles and employee lifecycle processes
  • Use applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) to streamline hiring activities
  • Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and special projects
What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within financial or professional services
  • Impeccable attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism
