Job Description
Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a busy professional services business in London on a 6-week temporary basis. This role will provide hands on HR support across a broad range of generalist activities, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations during a peak period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations)
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate management
  • Support managers with HR queries and policy guidance
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements as required
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment practices
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
  • Available to work in the office 3 days per week
