In order to strengthen the HR service, we are looking for an HR Generalist at 100%. Your responsibilities: Within the Human Resources Department, you will manage personnel and contribute to the smooth operation of processes. You will be involved in the entire HR cycle, in close collaboration with other team members and internal partners. Your main activities include: Processing and monitoring HR procedures, from entry to exit for various entities: establishing management of entry and exit procedures, drafting work contracts for new employees, managing events related to staff (birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc.), internal communications. Managing recruitments: gathering needs, drafting job announcements, sorting recruitment interviews, proposals for time and access management: settings in the concerned systems, daily processing of anomalies, establishing monthly reports. Monitoring and managing sickness and accident claims: handling medical follow-ups and return to work, managing compensation calculations, processing early detection requests for disability benefits, annual and monthly reports, calculating reductions in annual rights for active employees and supporting apprentices in the service: overseeing activities assigned to apprentices, supervising tasks, planning annual and semi-annual reviews. Covering for the HR specialist: salary calculations and accounting files. Your profile: Holder of an HR management vocational diploma, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. Good knowledge of social insurance and labor law. Strong writing skills in French. Proficient in MS Office and Abacus = rigor, reliability. Sense of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to manage priorities, sense of autonomy. Team spirit, interdepartmental collaboration. Very good communication skills and availability, adaptability.
