HR Generalist - People Ops for Community Impact

COPE Galway is looking for an HR Generalist to support various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will report to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with another HR Generalist to promote a positive HR experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a minimum of 12 months' experience in an administrative role, and a commitment to supporting disadvantaged individuals in the community.

This permanent role offers 37 hours per week and 24 days of annual leave.
