HR Generalist - 12-Month Ops & People Partner

Bright is seeking a solid HR Generalist for a 12-month maternity cover within the Core HR team, reporting to the Head of HR Operations. You will be the day-to-day HR support across the business, advising managers and employees on policies, onboarding, compliance, and people processes - the core workload that keeps our people operations running smoothly.
