HR Director

We are currently partnering with our client, a mission-driven organisation based in the Kildare/Wicklow region, in the appointment of an experienced and strategic HR Director.

Reporting to the CEO, the HR Director will play a key role in shaping and leading the organisation's people strategy, ensuring the attraction, development and retention of a high-performing workforce. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HR operations including employee relations, talent management, organisational development, performance management, policy development and compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• Proven experience in employee relations, organisational change and strategic HR management
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A relevant third-level qualification; professional HR qualification desirable
