HR Director

AsHR Director, you'll sit on our UK leadership team and be a strategic partner to the UK MD. You'll bring fresh thinking, challenge constructively, and help shape a business that's agile, performance-driven and people-first.

We're looking for someone who's as comfortable in the boardroom as they are rolling up their sleeves to modernise operations, coach leaders, and lead meaningful change.

What You'll Do:

• Shape and deliver a forward-looking People Plan that supports growth and capability
• Lead a high-performing HR team and model great leadership across the business
• Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders - advising, challenging, facilitating
• Modernise people operations, systems and processes to improve employee experience
• Lead on culture, OD, onboarding redesign, leadership development and more
• Champion continuous improvement, accountability and innovation

• Flexible 0.6 FTE, ideally over 4 days
• Hybrid working with 2 days per week in Andover
