HR Data & People Services Assistant

Erewash Borough Council is seeking an HR Assistant to support managers and employees across the lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to absence management and wellbeing. You will provide professional HR support and ensure records and processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant.

A key part of the role is producing and analysing HR data, reports and management information to identify trends and support informed decision making across the organisation.
