HR Coordinator

Role

• To manage day-to-day HR operations and support the leadership team and lead end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding and training.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
• A relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and influence managers at all levels
