The company are a leading organisation within their sector, operating across multiple sites. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an HR Coordinator to support the HR Manager and HR Officer across the full employee lifecycle.

In this role, you will take ownership of HR administration processes while supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, absence management, and HR projects. You will also have the opportunity to step up and provide cover for the HR Officer as your experience develops.

This position would suit someone with previous HR administrative or coordination experience, looking to progress into a broader HR role.

The Role

• HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
• Supporting employee relations, absence management and HR reporting
• Maintaining HR systems and ensuring compliance
• Monday - Friday, office-based

The Person

• Previous experience in an HR Administrator / HR Coordinator role
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office
• Looking for long term development within HR
