Co-op Academies Trust is looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team! As a HR Coordinator, your role will be to deliver a high quality central HR operations service by managing employee lifecycle processes through HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the Trust. You'll need to actively review and question information received, identify risks or anomalies, and elevate issues. You'll also work to protect payroll integrity, safeguarding standards and employee relations outcomes, while providing a professional and reliable service to colleagues and leaders.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee lifecycle: Serve as a primary point of contact on the HR colleague helpline, efficiently resolving or
HR Systems (HRIS) and data management: Ensure all HR-related records and documentation are securely filed and maintained,
adhering to data privacy policies.
