Job Description
Your HR missions with SAP H/FYour missions:Welcoming staff, both by phone and in person, and responding to standard requests professionally. Managing and updating all individual data related to work, benefits, family, taxes, parental leave, changes of address or family status, etc.Ensuring a rigorous follow-up of files and compliance with associated deadlines. Carrying out data entries and updates in the HR system (SAP) and keeping personnel files, both physical and digital, up to date, as well as updating documents, materials, and HR forms in accordance with changes in laws, internal regulations, and filing needs, and archiving documents in accordance with current standards.Collaborating with internal and external partners in a spirit of support for absence management, particularly recording accidents and inputting absences in the dedicated tools.Profile:CFC in commerce, assistant in personnel management, or deemed equivalent with at least 3 years of professional experience in an HR role, ideally in personnel management. Excellent command of standard tools (MS Office).Good knowledge of the HR module and good understanding of social insurance and Swiss labor law. Rigorous, autonomous, and detail-oriented in processing files. Excellent ability to prioritize and manage tasks with strong team spirit, qualities, and a sense of collaboration in Switzerland.
