Job Description
The HR Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing HR advice and support services to stakeholders across all divisions. The role works closely with the HR Operations team and divisional management teams to ensure the development and implementation of effective people solutions that will enable improved organisational performance and positive employee relations across the business.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of an HNC/HND qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR environment, dealing with Employee Relations issues
- Experience of managing internal stakeholders, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the business
Desirable Criteria
- CIPD qualified
- Experience of working within Operations
- Experience of working in a Unionised Environment
