Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Elaboration of Welcome and Farewell Communications.
- Preparation of new incorporations (support in the acquisition of computer tools, control of mandatory documentation, number of employees, etc.)
- HR Business Partner for the Young Talent Program.
- Engage in the development of the Onboarding program at European level.
- Ensure that new hires comply with the Onboarding program.
- Support in the creation of job descriptions.
- Support in the management of medical checks in Spain and Portugal.
- Ensure the necessary documents for FUNDAE (Fundacion Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo).
- Support in carrying all the actions for Equity Plan.
- Support and follow-up to ensure compliance with the general disability law.
- Assist in the creation of human resources policies.
- Support with Global employee's payroll incidences.
- Other activities that are assigned by the company and that are directly related to the academic program he/she is attending.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/master's in business administration, economics and preferably in labor relations student with possibility to formalize a University / Business School Agreement (internship agreement) for full-time during a period of 6 to 12 months.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar business/environments.
- Experience working with Office tools like Excel and Power Point.
- Proactive, independent, creative, with great analytical and detail-orientation skills.
- Well organized and people oriented.
- Native or professional Spanish.
- C2 English level or bilingual. Other European languages will be highly valued.
- Residence in Barcelona.
