Job Description
Summary 
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a biopharmaceutical company in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will partner with leaders and employees to support the delivery of the people agenda and provide a positive employee experience during a period of HR transformation.
Responsibilities- Deliver specialised HR support to leaders and employees across the organisation.
- Partner with HR Business Leaders, Talent Leads, People Advisory teams, Centres of Excellence and business leaders to embed the people agenda.
- Support organisational capability and effectiveness, employee engagement and belonging, learning, talent management and development, talent acquisition, and people analytics and insights.
- Partner with managers and employees to support team and individual effectiveness and deliver a positive employee experience.
- Manage escalated employee matters, establish effective feedback loops and support the seamless implementation of cyclical HR processes.
- Act as an active HR partner throughout the HR transformation programme and support the implementation of the human resources strategy across the organisation.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with organisational objectives and reinforce the company culture.
- Complete operational HR activities as required to maintain a positive employee experience during the transformation period.
- Coach and support leaders and employees on HR matters as required.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop and deliver effective recruitment and hiring strategies for assigned business groups.
- Act as the liaison between HR and client groups, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Work with internal partners, including Legal, Security, Compliance and other HR teams, to resolve employee matters as appropriate.
- Monitor and manage HR KPIs across the assigned business groups.
- Support special projects and undertake other duties as assigned.
- Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in an HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist role.
- Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to handle and maintain confidential information appropriately.
- Strong facilitation, mediation and senior-level negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
