Humanoid is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with leaders across Engineering, Hardware, and Software to strengthen manager capability and scale people practices in a deep-tech environment.

You'll partner with our Chief HR to shape and deliver the people strategy for the technical organisation, balancing speed, rigor and fairness in a hands-on role that is both strategic and operational.
