In this multifaceted role as HR Business Partner, you play an important role in the development of our organization. You advise management on all matters related to human resources and help them fully unleash their potential. Responsibilities include advising and supporting management, steering and monitoring HR processes, and accountability for HR areas (e.g., recruitment, leadership-related events, learning and development, relevant HR projects). Our requirements: You have a higher professional qualification in human resources (e.g., HR specialist with federal certification) or equivalent and have 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience as an HR business partner or in a similar role. You have successfully led and implemented HR projects and navigate comfortably in a demanding environment with various stakeholders. Ideally, you are also familiar with federal framework conditions. Solid conceptual skills and experience with Abacus HR complement your profile. You conduct your activities with tact and dynamism, think and act in a solution-oriented manner, and are resilient. Integrity, teamwork, and open-mindedness are values you cultivate, along with a customer-oriented approach. A positive attitude towards change, as well as adaptability and appreciation for colleagues are other qualities that characterize you. You have a very good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third language. You also have good knowledge of English. A very good command of German (level C1) is required.
