HR Business Partner - South Dublin - Fulltime Permanent role

Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a HR business partner for our client based in South Dublin.

As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for setting and developing the strongest teams and will report directly to the HR Manager of UK & Ireland.

This role will suit a candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced, hands on environment and ideally comes from a Retail, Hospitality or FMCG Background.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting, talent development and management
• Prior HRBP experience preferred
• Self-driven, goal oriented individual and results focused
• Innovative, highly organised, a strong team player, and ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Readiness for business trips
• Full driving license

Key responsibilities

• Drive the HR agenda in close cooperation with the management team
• Support the retail team in development, training and recruiting
• Ensure all development and training programs are executed to the highest level
• Train, develop and retain retail employees and drive people's performance
• Partner with the management team for people and organisational issues
• Drive key HR figures including employee staff turnover, employee satisfaction etc
• Champion the company's culture and ensure it continues to be an attractive place to work.
