About the RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with leadership teams to deliver best in class people practices, ensuring alignment with our wider business strategy. You'll bring challenge, insight, and expertise-helping us create a high performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce.
This is a national role with travel required, giving you exposure across multiple business areas and projects.
What You'll Be Doing- Partner with senior leaders to coach, challenge and support on all people matters
- Deliver key people processes, including salary and bonus reviews, ensuring data integrity
- Drive performance management and talent development, supporting succession planning across the business
- Lead and support business change and transformation programmes
- Use data and insight to support business planning and decision making
- Create and deliver resourcing plans aligned to business needs and D&I goals
- Support capability development through learning & development interventions
- Manage employee relations cases effectively and consistently
- Ensure governance, compliance and best practice are embedded across all people processes
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner or senior HR professional
- Strong ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders at all levels
- Experience driving change, transformation and people initiatives
- Solid understanding of ER, performance management, and talent development
- A data led mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
- A collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering great people outcomes
