The Role

As HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with managers and teams across the organisation, providing support on a wide range of HR matters. The role includes driving employee engagement and culture initiatives, managing HR queries, supporting recruitment and internal mobility, delivering HR change projects, preparing reports and information packs, overseeing training and learning and development activity, and partnering with management and the wider team.

Skills and Experience

• A third-level qualification in HR, business studies, or a related discipline
• 3-4+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role, ideally within a multinational environment
• Strong IT skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
• The ability to work on your own initiative and deliver HR projects successfully.
