HR Business Partner - Permanent - Dundalk

MCS Group is thrilled to be partnering with a growing organisation as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team, in this full-time, permanent opportunity.

The role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys a Generalist HR remit and who wants to play a key role in shaping culture, people strategy, and operational excellence during an exciting growth phase. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about embedding best-in-class people practices.

The main responsibilities:
  • Partner with operational leaders across people strategy, workforce planning and organisational growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance and people matters.
  • Support the embedding of a consistent, inclusive culture and strong employee experience.
  • Drive engagement, wellbeing and performance initiatives across regional teams.
  • Lead on policy implementation, onboarding and people process alignment.
  • Lead on all employee relations issues.
  • Use people data and metrics to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist capacity.
  • Excellent hands on experience and knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation within Ireland.
  • Experience supporting growth, change and scaling environments.
  • CIPD qualified (desirable).
