- Set and monitor HR data metrics, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
- Provide guidance on employee relations, including investigations, disciplinaries, and restructures
- CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum
- Previous experience operating in a HR Business Partner or senior advisory capacity
- Background within manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG environments
- Strong experience handling complex employee relations cases
- Proven ability to use HR data to inform decisions and drive outcomes
