HR Business Partner M/F We are actively looking for a client in the Fribourg region, a 100% HR Business Partner. As a preferred contact for managers, you actively contribute to the implementation of HR policies. Your role consists of supporting site performance, accompanying team evolution, and ensuring a legally compliant working environment. HR Business Partner M/F MISSION DESCRIPTION Provide support on all HR topics: labor law, performance management, skills development, and handling sensitive issues. Support managers in managing individual cases (warnings, conflicts, voluntary or involuntary departures, retirements). Advise on managing absences and implement appropriate measures (workplace adjustments, specific follow-up). Supervise and coordinate key processes: recruitment, performance reviews, talent management, and succession planning. Ensure consistency of the policy during hiring and resource evolution projects. Support change by promoting clarity and adherence from employees and interpreting social data (absenteeism, staff turnover, internal, productivity). Participate in transversal HR and lead certain projects, representing the company at school events, forums, and talent-specific activities. Ensure rigorous monitoring of expenses related to your scope, in line with defined budgets and in collaboration with your HR senior management. Background in Human Resources or in economics/management (Bachelor's or Master's). Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role within a dynamic environment. Experience in change management and in project management. Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language (minimum B2 level).
