The organisation is entering an exciting phase of professionalisation and growth, and is now seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support leaders, employees and teams across all HR processes - while helping shape organisational development and strengthen culture.
Role PurposeAs the HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Management Team, blending hands-on HR responsibilities with strategic initiatives.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy to:
- Modernise and strengthen HR processes
- Drive culture, teamwork and organisational development
- Build a solid, future-proof HR foundation
- Partner with management on people matters and team development
- Advise on performance management, workforce planning and organisational development
- Analyse HR data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Lead initiatives that enhance culture, engagement and change-readiness
- Strengthen collaboration, accountability and ownership across teams
- Monitor employee satisfaction and support improvement actions
- Facilitate workshops, offsites and team-building activities
- Coordinate learning and development programmes
- Collaborate with internal and external trainers to maintain quality
- Support leadership development initiatives for managers
- Develop modern HR policies
- Lead projects in talent development, wellbeing and DE&I
- Ensure compliance with Dutch & EU legislation, including:
- RI&E requirements
- Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter)
- Oversee personnel administration and payroll changes (payroll outsourced)
- Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers
- Manage absence processes in collaboration with occupational health providers
- Maintain employee handbooks for NL and BE
