HR Business Partner

Here at Elior, we are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner to work alongside our leaders and managers, helping to shape a great place to work. In this role, you'll provide practical, solutions-focused support across all areas of HR - from employee relations and organisational change to talent development and engagement. What you'll be doing- Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and develop aligned people strategies
- Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational change initiatives
- Deliver coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, people development, and engagement
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insight to drive continuous improvement and decision-making
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding strategies to attract and retain high-performing talent
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing across the organisation
- Lead or support key HR projects such as TUPE, restructures, or cultural transformation
Working pattern: Monday - Friday Travel required Located in the South
- Significant experience in a senior HR role or HR Business Partner position
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Proven ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience leading change and transformation projects
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on value-added HR delivery
