HR Business Partner - UK

As a Gogo Senior HR Business Partner - UK, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business priorities across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs and influence organizational design.
• Deliver people solutions that enhance performance and employee experience.
• Partner with senior leaders to design and implement people plans aligned to business strategy.
• Collaborate with HR globally to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Use data insights to inform decision making and measure success.
• Manage key HR cycles (e.g., performance management) for specific client groups.
• Lead and develop a team of HR Advisors, fostering growth and capability.
• Act as a Business Partner for key stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to drive and maximize employee engagement and experience.
• Work with the Practice Group HR Business Partners across the Firm's offices, resulting in regular engagement and knowledge sharing.
• Drive people and organizational initiatives that contribute to a 'one team' approach, reinforcing culture and values.
• Facilitate effective workforce planning and decision making based on reliable core people data.
• Recommend changes to reflect future business plans and to attract, retain and develop top local and international talent, including strategic oversight of mobility opportunities.
• Support the internal promotions process for Partnership and Counsel.
• Facilitate the delivery of an effective performance management approach that drives excellent performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years' experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organization.
• GPHR or CIPD certification preferred but not required.
• Legally authorized to work and live in the UK.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of the time to global offices (Europe, Middle East, APAC, Canada).

• Experience working in a global or international role, supporting teams, managing projects and driving implementation across multiple locations.
• Strategic HR Business Partner experience with a thorough understanding of business goals and objectives.
• Skill in building quick and excellent relationships, influencing individuals and driving change.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and workload, eagerness to contribute on multiple levels and make timely decisions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of effectiveness as a project and people leader.
• Relationship builder with strong influencing skills, capable of creating high functioning teams at every level of an organization.
• Knowledge of Workday system is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: Based on experience and responsibilities.

Target Annual Short Term Incentive: Bonus Plan at 10% of Annualized Base Pay.
