HR Business Partner - Site Change & Talent Strategy

GlaxoSmithKline in Barnard Castle is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead people initiatives for the site within the Global Supply Chain HR team. You will partner with site leaders to execute the people plan, manage change projects, and coach leaders through transitions.

You will handle unionised dynamics, support restructuring, build manager capability, and develop strategic workforce plans. The role requires influencing across levels, handling complex HR cases, and driving the New GSK
