Job Description
Overview 
A fast-growing, entrepreneurial business that's expanding at pace and now looking for an HRBP to join the team. This is a brand-new role and a key part of the wider people function.
Responsibilities- Support a recently acquired part of the business, working directly with the founders to bring them into the wider matrix.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive people projects and contribute to the UK team's wider initiatives.
- Think on your feet, anticipate stakeholder needs before they ask, and understand the ripple effect of your work across the business.
- Operate with autonomy and bring credibility, emotional intelligence and confidence to work closely with senior leaders, including the C-Suite.
- Travel to the Crawley site weekly to support the local team (travel expenses reimbursed).
- Broad generalist HR experience with the ability to operate autonomously and strategically
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with senior leaders and the C-Suite
- Excellent communication, adaptability and problem-solving skills
Based at the head office in Hammersmith with weekly travel to Crawley. Travel expenses are reimbursed.
