HR Business Partner - Hotels: People & Growth

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA invites applications for an HR Business Partner to support the Hyatt Place Leeds and Hyatt House Leeds teams. The role focuses on people strategies, onboarding to offboarding, talent management, and employee engagement across the hotel's campus.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to attract talent, develop leaders, and provide strategic HR guidance. The position is part-time (20 hours/week) and based on property.
