OverviewWe're on the lookout for an HR Business Partner to join our team, based at our Gaydon headquarters and supporting key operations across Germany and the USA. These may be smaller teams, but they play a critical role in driving revenue across our global business, so what you do will really matter.
Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you'll build strong relationships with managers and become their go to for practical, people focused advice. Whether it's guiding them through performance conversations, supporting employee relations matters, or helping shape team engagement, you'll be right at the heart of it.
Responsibilities- Answer HR queries, coach managers, and ensure HR processes run smoothly and compliantly across both regions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and HR Operations teams, contributing to local and global HR projects.
- Provide guidance on performance conversations, employee relations matters, and team engagement.
- Experience at HR Business Partner level, comfortable with the full employee lifecycle.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations, build relationships quickly, and balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice; CIPD Level 5 (working or held) preferred.
- On site at Gaydon HQ at least four days a week with flexible hours to support colleagues across time zones.
- Occasional travel to other sites; valid driving licence and passport required.
Please note: This is a 36 hour role worked across Monday to Thursday.
